Jessica Fink
Technical Implementation Lead
Jessica joined Cirrus Identity in 2024 as a Technical Implementation Lead as Cirrus continues to grow and onboard new customers. With her strong technical background and interest in teaching, learning, and writing, she works to refine requirements and improve the customer experience while delivering on implementation goals.
Higher Education Experience: Jessica established the IAM team at Portland State University and was the lead architect/manager for the OAM (Odin Account Manager) ecosystem of custom-built and vendor solutions for IAM. With a strong interest in open source and community-built software and services, she was PM for the Kuali Rice project, was a member of the InCommon TAC and later part of a small team that worked on BaseCAMP, online courses for the InCommon Academy, and the Collaboration Success Program. Jessica began her adventures in higher education at The University of Arizona as web development lead for the Graduate College and Research Office.
Personal Interests: In her spare time, Jessica indulges her love of learning by taking classes, writing, and attending academic conferences. Currently, she is working on her dissertation for a PhD in Depth Psychology with specialization in Jungian and Archetypal Studies.
